I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The room was modern, clean, and a good size, and my other half's special request was nicely arranged. The service was outstanding, especially at the front desk. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant city center. The dining experience offered a nice choice of options. Overall, a great value for money with friendly staff and well-kept facilities.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience overall! The rooms were spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality linens, making our stay very comfortable. The service was excellent, with very friendly and efficient staff who were more than accommodating. The location was outstanding, within walking distance to historical sites, shops, cafes, and bars, making it extremely convenient for exploring Palma. The dining options were lovely, offering a nice choice and a relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the enjoyment of our stay.

I loved our Junior Suite room! It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and high-quality linens. The wardrobes on the other side of the room added a nice touch of convenience.
